About Devan Graham
With over 10 years’ experience, Devan is known for her ability to analyze and transform complex employee situations, organizational designs and HR business needs into actionable strategies for her clients. She is an analytical thinker and active listener who excels at working with clients to deliver and implement key HR projects to support their organizational objectives and strengthen their culture.
Expertise & Services
As a Partner with Acuity HR, Devan leads the HR Consulting and Projects division. She focuses on a variety of customized projects including Employee Handbooks and Policy Development, External HR Reviews, Leadership Analytics, Organizational Design & Development and Workplace Assessments. Not only does Devan execute on the above, but she actively builds and enhances Acuity’s processes and service offerings in these areas.
In addition, Devan provides ongoing coaching to Acuity’s clients, counselling leaders through complex employee relations and termination situations. With everything she does her goal is to empower leaders with the tools to effectively lead their teams.
Background & Community Involvement
Prior to Acuity HR, Devan has held HR roles in both the financial and manufacturing sectors. Her experience includes HR strategy and process, employee relations and policy development, compensation analysis, performance management and staffing and recruitment. Her leadership of the development and implementation of an automated in-house performance management system incorporating 360-degree feedback is one of her many innovative in-house career successes.
Devan has served on numerous committees and in leadership roles for organizations including the Young Associates, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, and United Way’s GenNext Summit.
