Fiona Dunn is a passionate and thoughtful HR Generalist with a strong commitment to helping her team and clients. Fiona’s goal is to encourage others to explore new situations and options while collaborating on strategy.

An empathetic listener, Fiona strives to understand a situation fully when creating solutions and recommending action plans.

Fiona is skilled in conducting research and enjoys digging in and preparing reports that provide clients with clarity on complex issues.  She is also a strong communicator and presenter.

Background & Community Involvement

Having previously worked in the government sector, Fiona brings a strong background and experience with projects including handbook writing, process analysis, recruitment and selection, communications, and relationship management.

A grad of the Asper School of Business, Fiona was the recipient of the Asper Co-op Student of the Year Award in 2020.

Fiona is currently working towards her CPHR designation.

Fiona supports her community as a member of Alpha Gamma Delta, and through involvement with the business case competition JDC West. She currently sits on the Winnipeg Wasps Rugby Club Board, and volunteers as a high school rugby coach and middle school curling coach.
