About Brad Lutz
Brad is a strategic and respected HR executive. He is a thoughtful people leader who excels at bringing out the best in his team and clients. Brad’s focused approach combined with his caring nature supports the best interest of all the organizations, clients and employees he works with.
Brad’s goal in starting Acuity in 2012 was to provide meaningful and effective HR solutions for organizations going through change and who are wanting to successfully take the next step in their evolution. Brad is passionate about creating solutions for Acuity’s clients that do not require dependency on our services but instead make them stronger.
Expertise & Services
Brad leads the Acuity team and provides support to clients with an evidence-based HR approach. His client work focuses primarily on HR strategy, executive search, executive coaching, large-scale compensation & organizational structure projects, complex workplace terminations and investigations. Brad is a leading expert in conducting and resolving employee conduct complaints, harassment & sexual harassment investigations.
Brad cares deeply about his clients’ culture and leadership, factors that are closely correlated with their long-term success.
Background & Community Involvement
Prior to Acuity HR, Brad spent over 10 years leading HR in a manufacturing environment and was subsequently the HR leader for a national financial firm repeatedly recognized as a Best Managed Company and Best Employer in Canada.
Brad meaningfully provided his time and expertise for over 8 years in serving on the Board for Winnipeg Harvest. He is currently serving as a Board member for CPHR Manitoba. Brad enjoys being actively involved in his church with his wife Jen, and they both enjoy chasing the music and sports pursuits of their three boys.
