Intentional Leadership Training

Our Intentional Leadership training program is a 4-day course that provides leaders with the strategies, practical tools and habits to lead effectively and bring out the very best in their teams.  

There is no responsibility more important in an organization than leading its people. People leaders set the tone and their actions directly influence the culture of the organization and commitment level of their team.  This 4-day course focuses on training leaders to lead intentionally, creating a culture of commitment and engagement within their team.

Intentional Leadership equips leaders with specific actionable strategies and tools that they can use with their teams immediately. This course is for anyone who leads people or coaches leaders.

Ignite: Women @ Work

Supporting women in business, non-profit and industry in reaching their goals and gaining confidence in their ability to contribute and grow in their field.

We believe that workplaces are made stronger by increasing representation of women at all levels within the organization. This program aims towards boosting confidence and amplifying the impact of women at work and in our community.

Participants will be introduced to best practices and will have an opportunity to put them in practice through scenarios and exercises throughout training. In addition to the four training sessions, each participant will receive 1:1 coaching sessions.

Workplace Investigation Training

The stakes are high – someone’s employment might be on the line, a human rights complaint may follow and the reputation of the organization could be at risk. Perhaps even more importantly, the positive and respectful culture of your organization depends on investigations being done well. In short, you want to get this right.

This 2-day session focuses on training to provide specific strategies and tools that can be used in workplace conduct investigations.

Respectful Workplace Training

Fostering a respectful workplace environment takes work and a proactive approach. Are your leaders effectively trained to identify and address concerns?

Do your employees understand the conduct and behaviour expectations in your workplace?

Ensure your workplace is an environment where people feel safe and can thrive by providing on-site Respectful Workplace training.  In-person training is most effective and allows the workplace to ensure that all participants are engaged and have received the content.

Respectful Workplace (RWP) training is customizable based on your workplace and can be done in conjunction with our Great Teams training for organizations that want to build even further from the baseline provided by RWP training.  Training is also customized to reflect each organization’s existing harassment, discrimination and non-violence policies and procedures.

Employment Termination Training

Terminations are difficult.  It’s crucial that they are conducted appropriately, in alignment with Employment Standards legislation and with a full consideration of potential risks (including Human Rights and Case Law).

This 1-day session will help participants to understand termination options, structures, and potential risks.  In addition, participants will learn the key components required within a termination letter, and how to plan for and conduct a termination meeting.
