📣Learning Opportunity: Termination situations and meetings can be complex! It is the employer’s responsibility to ensure that employees leaving the organization are treated properly even when leaving under difficult circumstances. With risks involved there are many ways in which an employee termination can go wrong.

This Lunch & Learn will help participants gain knowledge on how to minimize risk and put measures in place to ensure terminations are handled respectfully and appropriately. We will also review best practices and real-life scenarios to give attendees a thorough understanding of liability and actions to take with Q&A to follow.
